Day 27 is ‘Inspired by Artwork’ – this one was a toughie as I can do the nail part, but I’m definitely no painter!
I remembered a book I had stashed away somewhere from an exhibition I once went to in Paris. The artist was Georges Briata and I remember loving his use of colour, so I found the book and chose a painting called Trio.
This mani is inspired by the bold colours behind the musicians.
I used:
- Index finger – OPI Dating a Royal
- Middle finger – Maybelline Color Show Vinyl Record Red
- Ring finger – Nails Inc Belsize Park
- Little finger – Barry M Mango
On the ring finger, I added some Models Own Banana Split and OPI Alpine Snow using the dry brush technique.
I finished with a coat of HK Girl.
