Thinking || A hidebound pedant

Somewhere along the way I appear to have subscribed myself to Dictionary.com’s Word of the Day. For some reason, today I opened the email and discovered this little gem:

Hidebound (adj.) – narrow and rigid in opinion

Entirely dull until you can now call someone a ‘hidebound pedant’. Absolutely glorious.

In other news, Mumford & Sons have finally released their new album, which is equally glorious. I’ve had Tompkin Square Park on a loop in my head for days.
